1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Rugs that have been used, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased on final sale or clearance.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs if the item is damaged or defective within 10 days.
- Once approved, our team will guide you on the return shipping process.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or damaged items, we will arrange free return shipping within 10 days.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
