1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Rugs that have been used, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance.

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs if the item is damaged or defective within 10 days.
  • Once approved, our team will guide you on the return shipping process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged items, we will arrange free return shipping within 10 days.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
